Weekly Workout: Week 1 – Bodyweight Workout

imageA group of us got together because we wanted to either start strength training or needed to shake up our workout routines. Each week I pick and share a 30 minute, total body circuit. I’m a big fan of using one exercise to work several muscle groups at the same time!

This week I picked a do-anywhere bodyweight workout by Susi May.  No special equipment is needed, but don’t let that fool you! This workout isn’t easy.

I’ll post another workout next week, so we have 7 days to figure out where to fit this into our schedules. (You only have to do it one time).

Let’s go, ladies! We can do this!!!
