Still deciding what to eliminate in your sugar fast?

Assuming you do not have health issues, the experts say “Just Do It!”

Since sugar is as addictive as cocaine [1] planning to “cut back” is probably not going to cut it.

The good news? Only about 10% of the population is actually addicted to sugar [2]. And it only takes 2-3 days to detox your body.  So while it won’t be a piece of cake, gritting your teeth and bearing it is likely the only way you will succeed in this sugar fast.

Whatever you want to eliminate:

  1. Decide now;
  2. Put a plan in place;
  3. Lean on this group to get it done!
