A group of us got together because we wanted to either start strength training or needed to shake up our workout routines. Each week I pick and share a 30 minute, total body circuit. I’m a big fan of using one exercise to work several muscle groups at the same time!
I’ll post another workout next week, so we have 7 days to figure out where to fit this into our schedules. (You only have to do it one time).
